Tim Engmann received his degree in Business Administration at the Humboldt University in Berlin. Prior to his studies, he completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk at Siemens AG.

Tim Engmann is managing partner of Engmann Berater GmbH. He has over 20 years of international business experience in managerial positions with the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Bayer AG, ProSiebenSat.1 Media AG, and Stora Enso Oyj.

For over three years, Tim Engmann has been advising banks, both in Switzerland and abroad, and investors in crisis management of portfolio companies. Excellent specialized knowledge, openness and dynamics allow him to have an honest view on the specific situation that is not adjusted to the standard. Problem-oriented and pragmatic solutions are the basis of a precise and quick analysis of the situation. His broad and operational experience in relation to almost all functional areas as well as his sense of humor and persistency at work are the key factors for success to achieve an appropriate result for all parties concerned.
